Ian Peck - Vice Chairman

A double blue at Cambridge in cricket and rugby, Ian's sporting knowledge and long term experience with Cambridge University RFC coupled with his professional expertise add value in key areas to the Board.

Business background Regional Office Partner, Bidwells (Milton Keynes).

Relevant experience Chartered Surveyor, Sports as participant and administrator, (Northants 2nd XI,

Cambridge University, Bedford, East Midlands and Barbarians, England Rugby Squad).

Godfrey Hammond - Board Member

Godfrey is heavily involved in the Ground Development Group's plans for the future and offers considerable support and advice to the Audit & Risk Management Committee

Nigel Felton - Board Member

Nigel brings critical value to the Board having played first cricket for both Somerset and Northants and this is supplemented by his wide knowledge of the game and his extensive range of contacts.

Nick Wilson - Board Member

Nicholas has been a director of Northants Cricket since 2009

Tim Robinson - Board Member

Tim has been active at the club for the last year having been co opted onto the board to provide support in the area of finance. Tim is a chartered accountant and Finance Director of Lantmannen Unibake UK in Milton Keynes.

Tim is heavily involved in local recreational cricket, being both a playing member and long standing treasurer at Isham Cricket Club. Tim is also a level 2 qualified coach and currently runs and coaches the Isham cc under 9’s and occasionally helps out with recreational cricket at the county ground.

Allan Lamb - Board Member

Allan's impressive international cricketing career, spanning the decade 1982-92, included 79 test matches for England and 128 One Day Internationals.  He captained England three times against the West Indies and Australia and captained Northamptonshire CCC from 1989 to 1994.  Allan scored 4,654 test runs with 14 centuries and 33,502 first class runs, scoring 89 first class hundreds.

Allan is presently running his Event Management Company, Allan Lamb Associates, which specialises in corporate events and hospitality functions, private sporting dinners, team building and conferences etc. Allan is also involved with Global Sports Travel, a specialist sports company providing travel arrangements to some of the world’s major sporting events.  The company was formed when Allan joined forces with Cleveland Travel, a fully bonded IATA and ATOL licensed luxury Travel Company who also own Africa Travel, the UK’s leading specialist in arranging bespoke holidays to Africa.

George Howard FRICS - Board Member

I am a lifetime supporter of NCCC having been born in Northampton to a family with long Northamptonshire roots. I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor after leaving Bedford School and have worked both locally and in London.

I have played cricket for all my life and still play occasionally for the Palindromes CC which I helped to form 35 years ago. Both my son and grandson play regular cricket locally (the latter for NCCC under 10’s).

I enjoy playing tennis and skiing and have long supported the Saints since I stopped playing rugger at Long Buckby RUFC.

The Right Honourable The Lord Naseby - Club President

President: The Rt. Hon.the Lord Naseby PC. previously Michael Morris

Michael was educated at Bedford School and St Catharine's College Cambridge, He was a National Service RAF pilot.
He worked in Canada, India and Sri Lanka in Consumer goods & Advertising before being elected MP for Northampton South in 1974 a seat he held until 1997. In 1992 he was made a Privy Counsellor and elected as Chairman of Ways & Means and Deputy Speaker. In 1997 he was created a Life Peer and took the title Lord Naseby
Besides being President, he is a Member of the MCC, The All England Lawn Tennis Club at Wimbledon and played for the English School boys at rugby.
