Gavin Warren - Vice Chairman
"I have been privileged to serve on the board for the past seven years and to be the current Vice Chairman is a true honour. It is my intention to do all that I can to ensure the sustainability of Northants Cricket. I am a Chartered Management Account and have my own business Bleu Star Land & Development Ltd. I am an ECB level 2 Coach and enjoy coaching teams at Horton Cricket Club. Socially I enjoy many family activities and personally still enjoy shooting, playing cricket, tennis and golf. Also out of the cricket season I enjoy watching the Saints and the Cobblers."
Jim Hawkins - Board Member
I am 45 and have been a Life Member since 1993. I was first elected to the then Committee in 2000.
Having played in the local scene and with a son in the Player Pathway, I am keen to foster the growing relationship between the professional and recreational sides of Northants Cricket. Improved links between the two are vital to the finances of the Club and the more home grown talent that we develop will undoubtedly maximise our ECB income.
I currently run the family sports equipment business and I still enjoy playing for M.C.C. having been a Full Member for over 20 years. I am a former manager/coach of Northants Under 19s and now coach locally at the Old Northamptonians C.C.
I can assure the Members that I remain totally committed to the future success of Northants Cricket and I hope they will continue to support me in this aim.
Godfrey Hammond - Board Member
Godfrey is heavily involved in the Ground Development Group's plans for the future and offers considerable support and advice to the Audit & Risk Management Committee

Douglas Iles - Board Member
Douglas handled all aspects of the club's incorporation process and advises the Board on all legal matters on contracts, property transfers and membership issues.

Ian Peck - Board Member
A double blue at Cambridge in cricket and rugby, Ian's sporting knowledge and long term experience with Cambridge University RFC coupled with his professional expertise add value in key areas to the Board.
Business background Regional Office Partner, Bidwells (Milton Keynes).
Relevant experience Chartered Surveyor, Sports as participant and administrator, (Northants 2nd XI,
Cambridge University, Bedford, East Midlands and Barbarians, England Rugby Squad).

Nigel Felton - Board Member
Nigel brings critical value to the Board having played first cricket for both Somerset and Northants and this is supplemented by his wide knowledge of the game and his extensive range of contacts.

Nick Wilson - Board Member
Nicholas has been a director of Northants Cricket since 2009
Tim Robinson - Board Member
Tim has been active at the club for the last year having been co opted onto the board to provide support in the area of finance. Tim is a chartered accountant and Finance Director of Lantmannen Unibake UK in Milton Keynes.
Tim is heavily involved in local recreational cricket, being both a playing member and long standing treasurer at Isham Cricket Club. Tim is also a level 2 qualified coach and currently runs and coaches the Isham cc under 9’s and occasionally helps out with recreational cricket at the county ground.
The Right Honourable The Lord Naseby - Club President
President: The Rt. Hon.the Lord Naseby PC. previously Michael Morris
Michael was educated at Bedford School and St Catharine's College Cambridge, He was a National Service RAF pilot.
He worked in Canada, India and Sri Lanka in Consumer goods & Advertising before being elected MP for Northampton South in 1974 a seat he held until 1997. In 1992 he was made a Privy Counsellor and elected as Chairman of Ways & Means and Deputy Speaker. In 1997 he was created a Life Peer and took the title Lord Naseby
Besides being President, he is a Member of the MCC, The All England Lawn Tennis Club at Wimbledon and played for the English School boys at rugby.
