Andrew Hall has been named the player of the Month for both April and May, whilst in-form Stephen Peters scooped June and July's award.

Both players have been in electric form with the bat and Andrew celebrated his award with a fine century in yesterday's Pro40 showdown with Warwickshire.

Andrew won his award by smashing 124 not out in the first game of the season against Leicestershire, 81 against Lancashire in the Friends Provident Trophy, 91 against Gloucestershire and 58 to go with 5-29 against Essex.

Stephen Peters has been in remarkable form opening the batting for Northants. To date he has 933 runs in the LV County Championship and recently hit 163 and 86 in the LV County Championship. His average is over 50. He won June and July's award by hitting 59 and 78 against Essex, 175 and 64 against Derbyshire and a match winning 61 not out in the last Twenty20 group match against Worcestershire.
