Maurice Chambers has today accepted the Ice Bucket Challenge set down by Northants Cricket at the County Ground this afternoon to raise money for Motor Neurone Disease.
The players will be donating to the Motor Neurone Disease which is a progressive disease that attacks the motor neurones, or nerves, in the brain and spinal cord.
This means messages gradually stop reaching muscles, which leads to weakness and wasting. Although there is currently no cure for MND, symptoms can be managed to help patients achieve the best possible quality of life.
Maurice has challenged David Willey and Rob Keogh to take on the challenge in the next 48 hours.
If you would like to donate - Text ICED55 followed by an amount to 70070.
