LV= Match Preview: Glos vs. Northants

Northants travel to Bristol this week to take on Gloucestershire in the LV= County Championship, and will hope to continue their fine start to the 2013 season.

Unsurprisingly head coach David Ripley revealed to northantscricket.com that the same XI is expected to take to the field in Bristol that beat Essex by an innings and nine runs last week at the County Ground.

With All rounders Steven Crook, David Willey and Andrew Hall riding high in the FTI MVP ratings it is hard decision to argue with – despite players like Matthew Spriegel, Rob Keogh and Lee Daggett performing well in the 2nd XI.

The only argument will be in which order Steven Crook, David Willey and Trent Copeland bat after their rearguard action last week won the game for the County.
